I have particular expertise in working with individuals from underrepresented groups - women, ethnically diverse individuals, lesbian and bisexual women - anyone who regularly faces the challenges of not being part of the majority. The first two sessions of the programme are about establishing where you are now. I work with a number of tools to help you truly understand yourself and your values. We then focus on where you want to go - defining your intentions and goals. The remainder of the sessions focus on partnering with you to achieve these goals. We do this by working through your external blockers and more importantly, the internal blockers in your head that are stopping you from flourishing.
