Diversity, equity and inclusion consulting

DEI work can be challenging. If you really want to make impactful change, it is vital to have subject matter expertise. At the Inclusive Coach, we use a structured but flexible approach to help you build a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.

An important part of any DEI work is training in order to increase awareness, change behaviour and learn new skills. We provide various training sessions and ensure that we provide you with ways to measure the impact of any training that you undertake.

Sponsorship Programmes

Coaching is a powerful method to achieve personal change. However, sponsorship within an organisation can reap even further benefits for those who are underrepresented. Sponsorship pairs junior and mid-level employees (the sponsoree) with more senior leaders (the sponsor) who can advocate for their professional growth and career advancement. Research shows that sponsorship can make a significant difference to an individual’s career trajectory and yet, we also know that women and individuals from ethnically diverse backgrounds find it much harder to secure a sponsor. We have established several sponsorship programmes so talk to us about how to implement these in your organisation.

Inclusive leadership coaching

What leaders say and do makes up to a 70% difference as to whether an individual reports feeling included. And yet, only 1 in 3 leaders have an accurate view of their leadership capability. We coach your leaders, either 1-2-1 or within a group, to have courageous conversations and build inclusive teams.

Individual and group coaching

Individuals from underrepresented groups face a multitude of internal, organisational and societal barriers that can inhibit them from being the very best they can be. As an International Coach Federation accredited coach, Niru has extensive experience coaching women and ethnically diverse individuals to reach their goals either 1-2-1 or within a group. We have a strong network of additional coaches who work with different identity groups.
