Conscious Inclusion

This is our fundamentals of DEI training session. We cover DEI terms, understand the business case for DEI, start to understand unconscious bias and privilege and become more aware of the impact of microaggressions. We end with measurable action planning to ensure that participants continue their journey and hold themselves accountable for change.

Creating a Diverse and Inclusive Culture

In an inclusive culture, everyone has the opportunity to do their best work no matter who they are, what they do or where they work. Creating this culture often requires significant change to processes, people and systems. So where do you start?

This session provides a structured method to create real change within any organisation. It will help determine where you are as an organisation, where you want to get to over time and the steps you can take to achieve the diverse and inclusive culture that will increasingly engage your employees.

3 hours - Virtual or In-Person

Anti-Racism and Allyship

This session examines the fundamentals of what racism is, how it presents itself and how we can move towards being anti-racist. It also examines how to be an ally for underrepresented groups.

2 hours - Virtual Training or In-Person

Moving Beyond Unconscious Bias

Many of us are familiar with unconscious bias but are less familiar with how to actively mimimise our bias so we can contribute to creating a diverse and inclusive environment in all aspects of our life.

This session provides practical steps that we can take to reduce bias at work and beyond.

Microaggressions and how to be an Active Bystander

Microaggressions are incredibly common and incredibly damaging. Effectively handling microaggressions, whatever their intent, is vital to ensure that a culture of psychological safety is created. This training explains what microaggressions are, the harmful impact they have on the receiver and provides a framework that can be used to ensure that you actively and effectively deal with them.
